However, we've recently found a number of occasions where our work has been screened without our knowledge. This raises all sorts of issues of whether we have a complete screening history on our own work, what quality copies are reaching the public, as well as the fact that what is taking place breaches copyright laws.

They include exclusive materials, which are protected by property rights, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trade-marks, personality rights, etc.

We grant you the non-exclusive right to access this site for personal use by means of your personal computer, without any further right of reproduction. You may browse the site, download and store certain materials in your personal computer and copy excerpts solely for your own personal use. Our creative productions - films and audio
We grant you the non-exclusive right to private viewing or playing of the works for non-commercial use, whether downloaded, or on CD, DVD, tape, printed transcript or other format.
Unauthorised copying, hiring, selling, lending, adaptation, public performance, exhibition, radio, TV or Internet broadcasting of the works is prohibited without prior written permission from Roaring Girl Productions.
Exceptions include the use of short extracts, used with sufficient acknowledgement, for research or private study, instruction, criticism or review or reporting current events. However, we ask that you tell us about your use of extracts, as we like to know who the work is reaching.
Our responsibilities
Although we make every reasonable effort to make sure the information presented on this site, and in the creative works streamed and described, is accurate and up to date, they could still contain possible errors or inaccuracies.
